CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow Pistol – 9mm Dual Tone

The CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow Pistol – 9mm (Dual Tone) is a modern competition firearm with a traditional steel frame, chambered for 9mm Luger (9mm P, 9 x 19mm). This handgun holds 18 + 1 cartridges using the standard magazine; higher capacity magazines are available.

CZ designers teamed with some of the world's top competitive shooters to create the SP-01 range of full-sized, steel framed pistols from the solid foundation of the venerable CZ 75. While the Shadow dominates the IPSC Production Division, many security forces rely on the superb accuracy and reliability of other SP-01 variants.

The SP-01 range have great ergonomics designed into the grip, for a closer alignment for the bore axis to the hand. The magazine release catch is extended for easier actuation. The steel frame includes an integral MIL-STD-1913 tactical rail ahead of the trigger guard, for weapon mounted lights, etc. A bevelled magazine well assists with easy reloads.

The top of the slide is enhanced with anti-reflective serrations for better shooting comfort and is fitted with steel sights. All models feature an extended slide stop for easier operation.

The DA/SA trigger allows a typical "long, hard pull" for the first double-action shot, and a fantastic "short, crisp pull" for subsequent shots.

The CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow has a 1.5mm red fibre-optic front sight, plain black Novak-style rear sight. This competition pistol features an ergonomic manual safety catch, but is without a firing pin safety for an improved trigger pull. It comes with checkered rubber grips. This distinctive Dual Tone model has a silver painted frame (Polykote) and glossy blued slide.
