Balistix Pro OAL Gauge

In addition to O.A.L., you may also see the acronyms C.O.A.L. and C.O.L. These other acronyms are the same. C.O.A.L. or C.O.L. is the Cartridge Overall Length. When you are looking at load data, you will most likely encounter the acronym of C.O.A.L. It will tell you how long the finished product or round should be after seating the bullet into the case.
