The sizing on these belts are a bit counter intuitive, but works really well:
The first (smaller) number reflects the pants size that this belt will work for if you carry your pistol (IWB) "Inside the waistband", leaving enough breathing room for you.
The second (larger) number reflects the pants size that this belt will work for if you carry your pistol (OWB) "Outside the waistband".

For example, if you are wearing size 34 pants:

If you carry IWB, you'll need a larger belt to go round the holster: IWB 34 / OWB 36
If you carry OWB, you'll need a smaller belt to go inside the holster: IWB 32 / OWB 34
Just match these numbers with your pants size and you should be good to go
